Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the general administration and operational maintenance of the office premises, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

Manage office supplies, equipment (printers, communication systems), and inventory, placing timely orders while controlling costs and maintaining vendor relationships.

Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and liaise with building management and external service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, IT support).

Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

Manage executive calendars, schedule and coordinate complex meetings, conference calls, and appointments, often across different time zones.

Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, reports, and internal correspondence for senior management.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Manage travel arrangements for staff and executives, including flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings (in consultation with the Travel Desk, if separate).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized company.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities independently.

Comfortable using HR software/tools and MS Office Suite.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic SME environment. Preferred Attributes
