We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in office administration, travel management, vendor management, procurement, and international event coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
- Manage vendor coordination and vendor relationships, including negotiations and renewals
- Oversee procurement activities, including office supplies, IT assets, and services
- Coordinate and support international events, meetings, and conferences
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative processes
- Support leadership with coordination, scheduling, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 510 years of experience in Office Administration or a similar role
- Strong experience in travel management, vendor management, and procurement
- Hands-on experience in international event management and coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
