We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide seamless administrative support across functions.
Kindly Note - This job will be on Third Party Payroll and we need immediate joiners only
Job Responsibilities: -
- Handling Administration activities for LPG Division (Bangalore, coimbaotre, Cochin office & Central support for Terminal Plants)
- Handle the Lunch and maintenance of Hygiene of the Pantry and take care of drink water and pantry (coffee vending Machine)
- Support in collecting documents for building rental contracts, service contract execution for LPG division
- Housekeeping staff management, attendance & salary bill processing
- Security staff Management, attendance & security salary bill processing
- Office maintenance activities, AC service, Carpet cleaning, attendance systems; CCTV,
- Company Travel, Visa & Accommodation Support based on the LPG Mancom request for group travel or specific project
- Training venue arrangements,
- Support in purchase related activities CAPEX & OPEX pertains to HR & Administration services
- Payment processing for HR & admin services
- MIS reports for HR & Admin services
- Support in Event management services at Bangalore office / Senior Management / Guest Visit to LPG Division
- Ensure all the office personnel work in the best possible environment
- Supporting Sr. Manager in day-to-day activities and perform other HR & Admin generalist activities as assigned
- Keep the office equipment and facility as per the audit
- Printing of visiting card, Poster etc. as per the request by the company.
- Take care of the parking agreement and review the car parking and two-wheeler parking
Required Profile: -
- Graduate with 5 to 10 years of experience handling HR & Administration is preferred.
- Good Communication skills
- Should be good in MS Excel, Power Point and Word
