Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Working Model: 5 Days from the Office

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

At Onething, operations are what keep everything moving without friction. As an Admin & Operations Executive, you'll make sure the office and day-to-day logistics run smoothly. From managing vendors and coordinating with teams to handling everyday operational needs, you'll play a key role in creating a workspace that just works.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Handle vendor coordination, including onboarding, follow-ups, and payments.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support staff.
  • Support travel bookings, stays, and team logistics when needed.
  • Maintain records, invoices, and admin documentation.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal events and team activities.
  • Ensure office processes and basic policies are followed.
  • Be the go-to person for any office- or operations-related support.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for office devices, especially Apple MacBooks.
  • Diagnose common issues and coordinate with vendors for advanced repairs if needed.

Requirements

  •  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of experience in admin or operations roles.
  • Street-smart approach with the ability to handle operational challenges proactively.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage things independently.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Apple devices and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
