Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant based in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting with human resources functions, providing executive administrative support, maintaining personnel records, coordinating HR-related documentation, and assisting with payroll processing. Day-to-day tasks will also include handling administrative duties, managing communications, and enhancing internal customer service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with HRIMS or similar software is beneficial
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
