We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role and will be responsible for managing office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and projects
