Job Description

We're Hiring | Office Administrator

Location (On-site): Mira Bhayandar - Maharashtra (India)

Key Responsibilities

Excellent knowledge of computers and day-to-day office tools

Create and maintain professional documents, quotations, and proposals using Excel and MS Office

Manage company communications including drafting, sending, and tracking emails

Regular client follow-ups and relationship management

Basic accounting support (data entry, invoices, recording payments)

Basic Photoshop skills for editing product images or promotional materials

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and deliveries

Assist with general office administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Good command of Microsoft Excel (tables, formulas, formatting)

Basic accounting knowledge

Basic Adobe Photoshop skills

Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred
