Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office equipment, and supporting communication within the organization. They will also provide administrative assistance, ensure smooth interactions with clients and visitors, and address inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and organisational skills
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and professional client interactions
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in office management or a related field
