Office Administrator

 2–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Inventory & Cold Chain Management: Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control, and specialized storage conditions (e.g., Pharma).

Operational Oversight: Manage receiving, shipping, picking, and packing operations to meet strict deadlines.

Staff Management: Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel, including setting performance goals and scheduling.

Safety & Security: Implement safety protocols, manage security alarms, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with transportation companies and internal departments (e.g., purchasing, sales) to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems, as well as GDP guidelines.
