Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will oversee daily operational tasks, such as handling office equipment, organizing administrative activities, maintaining office supplies and records, and ensuring smooth office operations. The individual will provide general administrative assistance, offer high-quality customer service, and ensure communication within the organization is efficient and streamlined.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage day-to-day operations effectively
  • Experience with Office Equipment and related technologies to maintain and troubleshoot as necessary
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and ensure customer needs are met
  • Ability to multitask, organize work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite; adaptability to learn new tools and platforms
  • Previous experience in an office administrative role or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantage
