Role Description The Office Administrator role at ADIONA is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining office records, and ensuring that office supplies, equipment, and facilities are well-organized and functioning smoothly. The Office Administrator will handle correspondence, schedule meetings, support travel and event documentation, and assist internal teams with logistics and coordination. The role involves providing professional front-office support, welcoming visitors, addressing basic inquiries, and directing calls and messages appropriately. The Office Administrator will collaborate closely with the Operations and Sales teams to support efficient workflows and uphold a professional, service-oriented office environment.

Qualifications
- Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations, documentation, and coordination tasks.
- Experience working with Office Equipment and basic IT tools, including printers, scanners, telecommunication systems, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email, calendars).
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients, visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an office administration or front-office role, preferably in travel, events, hospitality, or a corporate services environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of business travel, meetings, or event processes is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
