Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointments, schedules, and overall office coordination
- Prepare invoices, basic documentation, and handle data entry
- Type letters, reports, and emails (good typing speed required)
- Provide basic IT and system support (PCs, printers, office network, software setup)
- Coordinate with external IT and service vendors when required
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records
Required Skills
- Strong computer skills and comfort with office technology
- Basic understanding of systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
