Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Hardware & Swag: Manage procurement of laptops, networking gear, and event-specific merchandise for hackathons and bootcamps.
- Vendor Relations: Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and office suppliers.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
2. IT Administration & Asset Management
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the IT setup for new joiners (laptop provisioning, access management, software credentials).
- Software Stack: Manage licenses, subscriptions (SaaS tools), and ensure internal security protocols are followed.
- L1 Tech Support: Act as the first point of contact for internal hardware issues, minor network troubleshooting, and basic IT maintenance.
3. Office & Event Administration
- Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth, productive environment.
- Event Logistics Support: Assist with the logistical side of offline hackathons or bootcamps (e.g., coordinating courier shipments for tech hardware, event kit management).
- Documentation: Maintain clear records of all assets, contracts, and operational processes.
