Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and versatile Office Administrative cum Inside Sales Executive to support our growing operations in Gurugram, Haryana. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, combining administrative efficiency with a flair for customer engagement and sales support.
The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office operations while playing a pivotal role in inside sales, including lead management, client interaction, quotation support, and coordination with the sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:Office Administration (50%)- Manage daily office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and internal meetings.
- Handle documentation, correspondence, filing, and record maintenance.
- Assist with logistics and inventory coordination of demo units and product shipments.
- Ensure office compliance with administrative protocols and company policies.
Inside Sales (50%)- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and web.
- Qualify leads and channel them to appropriate sales representatives.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, customer details, and interactions.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales documentation and post-sales coordination.
- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for order processing and fulfillment.
- Assist in customer outreach for renewals, upselling, and satisfaction follow-ups.
Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in office administration and/or inside sales.
- Prior experience in the electronics, IT hardware, or technology sector is preferred.
