Role Overview
Aarii Ventures is looking to hire an Office Administration Assistant to support routine office
operations, documentation handling, and external coordination. This is a junior role focused on
execution, reliability, and day-to-day administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
Assist with daily office operations and routine administrative tasks
Handle physical and digital documentation including printing, scanning, filing, and record
maintenance
Support internal document circulation and basic coordination
External Coordination
Visit banks, government offices, service providers, and vendors as required
Submit, collect, and follow up on documents
Coordinate courier services and basic logistics
Documentation & Compliance Support
Assist finance, legal, and compliance teams with documentation submission and tracking
Maintain simple logs for filings, acknowledgements, and follow-ups
Office Logistics
Assist with office supplies management and meeting arrangements
Support general office upkeep and logistics
Ensure confidentiality and safe handling of documents
Candidate Profile
Graduate (mandatory)
02 years of experience in office administration or support roles preferred
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work with discipline
Trustworthy and punctual with attention to detail
