Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join as a Lead Application &
Admin Specialist. This role involves managing customer leads efficiently, coordinating
with the sales team for timely follow-ups, and supporting administrative and logistics
operations to ensure smooth business functioning in the Karnataka region.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers received through hot leads and manage their queries
professionally.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with Sales Engineers to ensure timely
lead follow-up.
Share customer details, requirements, and meeting feedback with the sales
team.
Monitor the progress of leads from initial contact to closure, maintaining daily
updates.
Support administrative functions including logistics coordination,
documentation, and vendor follow-ups.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in day-to-day office operations.
Handle travel arrangements, material dispatch tracking, and expense
coordination.
Work under defined monthly or quarterly targets for performance accountability.
Skills And Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Administration).
1-3 years of experience in lead management, inside sales, or administrative
roles.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic office software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
