We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin to manage our office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence
  • Support team with administrative tasks as required
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications
