Handle documentation and verification processes
Assist in candidate selection and coordination
Maintain records and reports related to offers and joining
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth hiring processes
Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of documentation procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai
