Offensive Security Specialists - Red Team (Network)

Breachist Security is hiring hands-on Red Team professionals who live and breathe offensive security.

This role is for technical operators only - not management, not consulting-only profiles, and not people seeking leadership or delivery-manager tracks.

We are looking for individuals who actively perform exploitation, attack simulation, and post-exploitation in real-world environments.

Location: New Delhi | Full-time

Experience: 35 years in offensive security / red teaming

• Conduct full adversary simulations replicating the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by threat actors as part of authorised red team engagements

• Perform stealth network intrusion, Active Directory exploitation, lateral movement, and privilege escalation.

• Develop, customise, and deploy malware payloads and command-and-control (C2)

• infrastructures using platforms such as Cobalt Strike and custom frameworks

• Execute AV/EDR evasion techniques, payload obfuscation, sandbox bypasses, and detection bypass research

• Operate and modify post-exploitation toolsets and implants

• Conduct internal and external network reconnaissance and exploitation

• Identify and weaponise enterprise and cloud misconfigurations across AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Analyse network traffic using Wireshark, tcpdump, and similar tooling

• Research and implement new bypass methods, exploits, and red team tradecraft

Please note: All activities will be performed strictly within authorised client environments as part of sanctioned ethical red team engagements and legal security assessments.

This position is strictly technical and hands-on. We are not recruiting managers, coordinators, or non-technical corporate roles. This is an operator role focused purely on execution, research, and offensive engineering.

• OSCP, CRTP, CRTE, OSCE, eCPPT, GPEN
