Job Title: Senior Executive – Offensive Security

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Offensive Security Specialist with a strong background in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS). This role is focused on evaluating and strengthening the organization's security posture through controlled and monitored offensive security activities conducted in non-production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute red team simulations, penetration tests, and BAS scenarios aligned with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Develop and maintain testing methodologies in accordance with OWASP, NIST, and other industry standards.
- Identify, analyze, and validate vulnerabilities across applications, networks, and identity systems.
- Conduct controlled adversary simulations to assess detection and response capabilities.
- Collaborate with SOC, Network Security, and XDR teams to validate alerts and enhance detection coverage.
- Document findings clearly and provide actionable remediation recommendations to stakeholders.
