Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed KYC reviews for new and existing customers, ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements.
Verify customer documentation, including identity proofs, financial records, and other relevant
data.
Perform risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with customer profiles.
Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operations teams to address discrepancies or
concerns.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all KYC processes and findings.
Stay informed about changes in KYC regulations and implement necessary updates to
procedures.
Visibility of AML screening result in the CRM
Segregation of Fals positive & Confirm list from the total result
If Fals positive (Probable Hit):
Revie the customer details and ensure all compliances
Seek further information if required
Remove the falls positive hit cases if no match found
For variances, refer for approval from Risk Head
For confirm hit: Review the KYC Parameter and ensure all compliance and refer for further
approval from the Risk Head.
Submit the Confirm hit with RCU head for onwards submission with Principal Officer with
Approval copy for the loan advanced cases.
Provide support during audits and regulatory reviews by preparing required documentation AND reports .
