Position OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Off-Page SEO Manager to lead and expand our link acquisition operations. The ideal candidate will manage a small team of Guest Posting Specialists and develop scalable systems for acquiring high-quality backlinks that enhance authority, visibility, and long-term SEO growth for our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute off-page SEO strategies focused on acquiring high-quality backlinks from relevant, authoritative websites.
Manage and mentor a small team of Guest Posting Specialists, ensuring output quality, consistency, and alignment with brand and SEO standards.
Set measurable KPIs for link volume, quality, and domain authority improvement.
Create and refine internal processes and SOPs for prospecting, outreach, and reporting.
Link-Building Operations:Identify and evaluate link opportunities through guest posting, niche edits, digital outreach, and content partnerships.
Supervise the creation, submission, and publication of guest posts, ensuring contextual relevance and optimized anchor usage.
Build and maintain relationships with publishers, webmasters, editors, and bloggers to secure ongoing linking opportunities.
Manage outreach using tools like Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Mailshake, or Pitchbox, ensuring efficient follow-ups and personalized communication.
Quality Assurance & Reporting:Review and approve all link placements for relevance, authority (DR/DA), and spam risk.
Maintain an organized link acquisition dashboard tracking active campaigns, live links, and performance metrics.
Report progress, KPIs, and ROI on link-building initiatives to the management team.
Requirements3+ years of proven experience in Off-Page SEO, Link-Building, or Outreach Management.
Strong understanding of backlink quality metrics (DR, DA, TF, CF, spam score, anchor relevance).
Demonstrated success executing white-hat link-building campaigns that improved rankings or domain authority.
Experience leading or mentoring a small outreach or SEO team.
Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, or Respona.
Excellent written communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple outreach projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
Experience with digital PR campaigns or journalist outreach.
Background in competitive SEO niches or international campaigns.
Understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals to align link-building with holistic strategies.
