Role Description
This is a contractual, on-site OET/IELTS Trainer role based in Bengaluru. The trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting English language training sessions for OET and IELTS aspirants. Key responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, customizing teaching methods according to student needs, assessing learners performance, and providing focused feedback to ensure progress. The role also involves guiding and motivating students to achieve their desired results while upholding high educational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language
- Experience with IELTS training, including in-depth knowledge of its structure and scoring
- Competence in Lesson Planning and adapting content for diverse learner needs
- Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or other relevant qualifications is advantageous
- Prior experience with OET preparation and evaluation is a plus
