Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an OEM Sales Manager professional based at our Shirur, Pune location. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM clients, identifying sales opportunities, pitching suitable solutions, providing customer service, delivering product training, and ensuring client satisfaction. The individual will handle sales management tasks, meet targets, and contribute to sustaining and growing the company's presence in the HVACR industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Capability to provide client-focused Training
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with OEM partners
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of the HVACR industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
