Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an OEM Sales Representative located at Shirur, Pune. The daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and delivering product presentations and training when necessary. The role also entails collaborating with teams to meet customer needs, managing the sales process, and achieving sales targets effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Capability to deliver Training and product presentations effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in OEM or HVACR industry sales is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
