Department: Sales & Marketing – OEM Business
Reporting To: Regional / Zonal Head – OEM Sales
Job Location - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai/ Pune
Role Objective
To drive and manage OEM sales business by developing and strengthening relationships with OEM customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Business Development (OEM and Projects)
- Sales of GPSP, GP and Colour Coated steel to segment like Electrical Panels, White Goods, PEB's, Solar application, Institutional Sales like Projects (Govt/Non Govt), Other GPSP and Color coated segment in South Region.
- Create an Industrial & Engineering segment specific database of current and potential customers; products & applications; emerging trends.
- Market information and research for new and prospective customer in respective product segments, making MIS report regularly and build a strong customer base.
- Manage price negotiations, annual rate contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor dispatch schedules, inventory alignment, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
Manage Relation with OEM's:
- Maintaining good and long term relation ship with customer and continual improvement in SOB's for respective products.
- Developing new customer as per KPI's in order to achieve the monthly and yearly ABP Plan.
- After Sales service to OEM customer and maintaining long term relation with customer.
- Monthly order booking, commercial offer, negotiation and order closure.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in OEM sales and key account management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and MIS reporting.
- Experience: 7 – 15 Years
- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
- Employment Type: Full Time – Permanent.
