Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented OEM Sales to drive sales and business development with Original Equipment Manufacturers. The role involves identifying potential OEM clients, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new OEM customers in assigned regions and segments.
- Manage existing OEM accounts to ensure continued business growth and satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for customized product solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with OEM clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OEM/B2B industrial sales (preferably in roofing, steel, or fabrication industry).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
