Job Description
Identify, onboard, and develop suppliers for heavy equipment spare parts (OEM & aftermarket)
Source parts based on technical specifications, urgency, and customer requirements
Manage RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders to ensure cost-effective procurement
Build strong vendor relationships and ensure consistent quality, pricing, and delivery
Explore alternate sourcing options for hard-to-find or critical components
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and reduce downtime
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays or quality
Maintain sourcing data, vendor database, and pricing benchmarks using ERP/tools
Requirements
Graduation
Sales / Sourcing Experience in OEM
