Job Description
Senior Manager/AGM OEM-Business Development, Ludhiana
To consolidate/develop and Expand OEM business for precision Fabricated Engineering parts like Railway Bogies & Automobile Chassis, Solar Parts, Laser Cutting Panels etc. all over India.
His Key Responsibility Area (KRA's) will be:
Sales & business development and marketingto drive growth and achieve targets of Customized & Precision Fabricated or Forged products like Chassis/railway Bogies and made to order components for Railways, Solar and Automotive applications by meeting OEM Customers in Diverse Industries needing precision engineered customized products PAN India and overseas.
Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues with the help of team under him.
Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market.
Administer entire sales process identify target customers, push sales and complete sale process to manage OEM Sales.
Manage pricing, deal pricing and other sales proposal activities and provide support to support marketing department.
Provide an interface with senior management and junior staff regarding value based product proposal and marketing to ensure optimized OEM Sales.
Must be an Engineer (B. Tech Mechanical or Industrial) experienced in meeting and engaging in direct customer negotiations for Development of Custom made Products and collaborate with CFT production & NPD team..Analyze markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors activitiesto re-design marketing strategy for B2B Institutional Sales.
Collaborate with engineering team to identify customer requirements for translating them into product specifications.
Position is Based at Ludhiana Punjab and Punjabi candidates will be preferred.
