Odoo Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Trainer based in Banjara Hills. The Odoo Trainer will be responsible for conducting effective training sessions, creating instructional materials, and delivering comprehensive workshops focused on Odoo ERP. The role involves preparing training plans, customizing content to suit student and organizational needs, and addressing learners queries to facilitate skill development. Additionally, the Trainer will work closely with stakeholders to support their implementation teams and ensure a seamless transition to Odoo systems.

• Strong expertise in Odoo functional topics, including installation, configuration, and module applications
• Experience in creating training materials, user manuals, and workflow documentation
• Proficiency in delivering structured training for diverse audiences, including beginners and advanced users
• Ability to conduct training sessions in an engaging and interactive manner
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address learner concerns effectively
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in Odoo or related ERP systems is advantageous
• Prior experience working with Odoo in a professional capacity is a plus
