We are seeking an Odoo Support Specialist (SME) to join our team in Mumbai for a full-time, on-site position. The role involves providing technical and customer support for Odoo systems, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring that business activities are streamlined and efficient. The Specialist will analyze user needs, offer prompt solutions to issues, and deliver training or recommendations to optimize system usage. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

A professional with 25 years of experience in Odoo, ideally with a background in both business logic (Accounting/Inventory) and basic Python development.

Priorities

1. Seamlessly mapping business processes to Odoo modules.

2. Resolving Tier 1 & 2 support tickets and bugs.

3. Training staff to maximize system adoption.

Must-Have Skills

Odoo Studio/Configuration, Python (basic/intermediate), PostgreSQL, and a strong understanding of ERP workflows.

Certifications

Odoo Functional or Technical Certification (v16, v17, or v18) is highly desirable to verify platform expertise.
