We are looking for an experienced Odoo Implementation Expert with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, and business process analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, managing implementation activities, and ensuring successful Odoo adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Implement and configure various Odoo modules based on business needs.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, process discussions, and solution demonstrations with clients.
- Map existing business processes with standard Odoo functionalities and identify gaps.
- Configure Odoo workflows, access rights, approval processes, reports, and system settings.
- Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations and integrations where required.
- Prepare functional specifications and clearly communicate requirements to development teams.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Support data migration, module setup, and go-live activities.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Monitor implementation progress and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Recommend best practices and process improvements using Odoo functionality.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Odoo implementation Expert
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Project, and POS.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration and implementation.
- Strong business process analysis and requirement-gathering skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical Odoo solutions.
- Experience working with clients and conducting functional discussions and demos.
- Good understanding of Odoo workflows, configurations, and standard functionalities.
- Experience coordinating with developers for custom modules, reports, integrations, and enhancements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Odoo certification is a plus.
- Experience with multiple Odoo versions.
- Knowledge of Odoo technical concepts such as Python, XML, APIs, and PostgreSQL is an advantage.
- Experience handling end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
