We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in gathering business requirements, mapping them to Odoo functionalities, and delivering effective ERP solutions to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and gather detailed requirements.
- Analyze requirements and map them with Odoo ERP capabilities.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.
- Prepare functional documents including BRD, FRD, and user manuals.
- Conduct gap analysis and suggest optimal solutions or workarounds.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and developments.
- Perform system testing (UAT) and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support.
- Handle client communication and manage expectations effectively.
- Ensure timely project delivery with high quality standards.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of hands-on experience in Odoo Functional Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Good understanding of business processes across domains.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Good to Have
- Experience working in Odoo implementation partners or ERP consulting firms.
- Basic understanding of Odoo technical aspects (Python, XML) for better coordination.
- Knowledge of integrations and third-party tools.
