Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for an Odoo Functional Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, configuring Odoo ERP solutions to meet business needs, and providing end-user training and technical support. The role includes preparing functional documentation, testing applications, conducting gap analysis, and collaborating with technical teams for system customization and deployment. Additionally, the consultant will monitor performance, provide troubleshooting assistance, and build long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and project management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Odoo ERP functionalities, system configuration, and navigation
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
• Ability to prepare functional documentation and provide user training
• Basic understanding of database structures and Odoo modules
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills
• Experience with project coordination and working cross-functionally with technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience working in ERP implementation projects is a plus
• Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
