Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Odoo/ Python Developer to join our tech team. This role involves designing and developing robust Odoo applications and customizing modules that directly support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Python and Odoo framework, and be capable of working independently to build solutions that scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new Odoo modules and customize existing ones as per business needs.
• Identify business requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party platforms via REST APIs and EDI protocols.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical documentation and support for developed modules.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, ORM, QWeb, and business workflows.
• Proficient in REST API, JSON, and XML integration.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
