A fast-growing firm operating in the ERP implementation and enterprise applications sector, delivering end-to-end business process automation and custom ERP solutions for clients across manufacturing, distribution, and services. We are hiring an experienced Odoo Developer to join an on-site engineering team in India to build, customize and integrate Odoo-based ERP systems that drive measurable business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain custom Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise) using Python and Odoo ORM to meet functional requirements.
- Build UI views, workflows and printable reports using XML/QWeb and enhance client-facing screens with JavaScript where required.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs and XML-RPC; implement secure data exchange and error-handling routines.
- Optimize application performance and PostgreSQL queries; troubleshoot production issues on Linux-based servers.
- Participate in requirements analysis, prepare technical designs, write unit-tested code, and maintain clean documentation and module manifests.
- Manage deployments and version control: support CI/CD on Odoo.sh/Docker pipelines and maintain repository hygiene with Git.
