Odoo Developer

Responsibilities

• Customize and develop Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, ERP etc.) according to the specifications.
• Design, develop, and test new modules, applications, and features within Odoo.
• Perform Odoo server management, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications via APIs and connectors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Odoo applications.
• Create detailed documentation of technical solutions, processes, and user guides.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in Python and Odoo framework.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
• Knowledge of Odoo customization and module development best practices.
• Experience with Odoo APIs, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reporting.
• Strong understanding of business processes like accounting, sales, inventory, and procurement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
