Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, MRP)
- Build industry-focused ERP demos (Trading, Manufacturing, Service)
- Implement approval workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Integrate Odoo with third-party APIs and external systems
- Optimize performance and fix production issues
Requirements
- 46 years of hands-on Odoo development experience
- Strong Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, XML skills
- Experience with custom modules and real ERP workflows
- Good business process understanding
