Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ODOO Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong focus on Gulf / GCC markets. The ODOO BDE will drive business growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, providing product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively. The role will require regular client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions in GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain)
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation requirement gathering solution pitching proposal closure
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Understand client business processes and propose suitable Odoo modules and customizations
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, functional consultants, and technical teams
  • Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and forecasting
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and channel partners in the GCC region
  • Stay updated on Odoo versions, modules, pricing, and competitor offerings

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably ODOO, and understanding of business workflows and processes
  • 3+ years of experience in ERP / Odoo sales
  • Proven experience selling to GCC / Middle East markets
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Previous experience in IT services, eCommerce, or software solutions is a plus
