Collaborate closely with product, operations, and business teams to align engineering goals with organizational priorities.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers and tech leads to foster innovation and ownership.
Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them to strengthen ODNs product roadmap.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
810 years of proven experience in software engineering and product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in full-stack development proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
Hands-on experience in AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and microservices architecture.
Deep understanding of product scalability, infrastructure management, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong expertise in building and scaling large-scale products, cloud infrastructure, and microservices architecture.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
