Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Odia Language Specialist based in patel nagar. The role involves providing professional translation and language services, including interpreting, translating content, and creating written material in Odia. The specialist will also facilitate clear communication between teams and ensure the cultural relevance and accuracy of all language-related deliverables. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the success of various internal and client-facing projects by leveraging their expertise in Odia language and cultural contexts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Translation and Interpreting between Odia and English
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, in Odia and English
- Expertise in Language Services, including localization and cultural adaptation
- Proficient Writing skills for creating, proofreading, and editing content in Odia
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt content for specific audiences and contexts
- Familiarity with Odia culture and dialects to ensure accurate and culturally relevant output
- Experience in working with branding, marketing, or communications projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Odia Language, Communications, or a related field
