OD & Learning Associate

Location: Mostly Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who can support consulting projects across Organization Development, Learning Design, and Client Coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding client needs, creating practical people solutions, and ensuring smooth execution across projects.

This is a hands-on execution role and is best suited for early to mid-career professionals.

Candidates with more than 5 years of experience are unlikely to be the right fit for this role.

What you will do
  • Understand client requirements across training, people development, and organization effectiveness projects
  • Support diagnosis of people and performance challenges through discussions, surveys, and organizational inputs
  • Assist in designing and executing OD interventions such as competency frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, role clarity exercises, and performance support tools
  • Create job descriptions, competency assessments, organization surveys, and related project documents
  • Build customized learning solutions and program concepts based on client needs
  • Support proposal creation and tailor program content for different client contexts
  • Coordinate with trainers and senior consultants to ensure high-quality execution
  • Conduct pre- and post-program assessments and support reporting
  • Track participant progress and create dashboards, reports, and project updates
  • Manage timelines, follow-ups, and project coordination across multiple assignments
  • Engage clients professionally, ask relevant questions, and contribute to practical solutions
What we are looking for
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience only
  • MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
  • Good understanding of Organization Development concepts
  • Working knowledge of HR and people development processes
  • Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong planning, coordination, and project execution ability
  • Strong listening, questioning, and client interaction skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Knowledge of Hindi or multiple languages will be an added advantage
