Occupational Therapist / Speech Pathologist for a School Set Up

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist / Speech Pathologist located in Rajkot. The role involves working closely with students to assess, plan, and execute therapy sessions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include providing occupational and speech therapy, aiding students with developmental and learning challenges, and collaborating with educators and parents to monitor progress. The therapist will also support individualized therapy plans that focus on rehabilitation, effective communication, and developmental milestones.

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including assessment and intervention techniques tailored to various developmental stages
• Knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation practices, with a focus on student-centric approaches
• Strong understanding of Communication strategies to support speech and language development
• Experience working in Pediatrics, with a passion for child development and education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and families
• Adaptable and empathetic approach to meet the unique needs of each student
