Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, based in Mumbai. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing the needs of children with diverse challenges, developing and implementing therapy plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients. The role involves providing therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and learning skills, working closely with children and their families, and maintaining thorough documentation of progress and activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques and experience in rehabilitation services
- Knowledge of medical principles and applications in therapy with a focus on pediatrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Certification or licensure in Occupational Therapy is required
- Understanding of challenges faced by children with conditions such as Autism, ADHD, or Learning Disabilities is preferred
- A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
