This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at Bodhi Mind Care Hospital, located in Coimbatore. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions. Daily tasks include assessing patients needs, designing therapy programs, coordinating with medical staff, and providing family education when necessary. The role involves working with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, to aid in recovery and improve overall well-being.

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, with an ability to design and implement effective therapeutic interventions
• Experience or familiarity with Rehabilitation techniques and Medical practices related to mental health
• Strong Communication skills for patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and family education
• Knowledge or experience in working with Pediatrics is highly valued
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and the ability to adapt therapy methods to individual needs
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Occupational Therapy, with licensure as required
• Prior experience in mental health settings or rehabilitation is preferred
