Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Gurugram. The Occupational Therapist will assess clients physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence in daily activities. Responsibilities include conducting standardized assessments, setting measurable goals, and implementing therapeutic activities for children and adults, including pediatric cases. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate care, provide education, and support carryover of strategies at home, school, or work settings. The Occupational Therapist will document evaluations, progress notes, and reports in a timely and accurate manner, participate in team meetings and case discussions, and contribute to quality improvement and clinical best practices at the center.
Qualifications

  • Strong clinical foundation in Occupational Therapy, with the ability to assess and treat a range of functional, sensory-motor, and cognitive needs.
  • Knowledge of Rehabilitation principles and Medicine as they relate to occupational therapy interventions and interdisciplinary care.
  • Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment plans clearly to clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience or strong interest in Pediatrics, including assessment and intervention for developmental, learning, or sensory challenges.
  • Recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and current eligibility for relevant professional registration or licensure, as required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and maintain a client-centered, culturally sensitive approach.
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and clinical accuracy.
  • Openness to ongoing professional development, training, and supervision in specialized therapy areas.
