We are currently hiring for a Senior Therapy Associate (Occupational Therapy) role with a leading public healthcare cluster in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for Occupational Therapists looking to gain international clinical exposure in a government hospital setup.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SGD 2500 3200 (based on experience & interview)
• Housing Allowance: SGD 500

Eligibility Criteria

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a WFOT-accredited program
• (or)
• Master's in Occupational Therapy with relevant health sciences background

Candidates must not have discontinued their education

Experience Requirement (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Must be from an acute hospital with at least 500 beds

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently & in a multidisciplinary team
• Good organizational & time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency (mandatory)

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in patient assessments, screenings & monitoring
• Support therapy sessions & treatment setup
• Assist patients with mobility, exercises & rehabilitation
• Handle orthotics & splinting support
• Conduct group therapy sessions & programs
• Educate patients & caregivers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
