Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in New Delhi. The Occupational Therapist will assess and treat children with developmental and physical challenges, designing and implementing customized therapy plans to support individual needs. The role involves working closely with children, parents, educators, and other professionals to promote skill development, rehabilitation, and overall well-being. Responsibilities also include documenting progress, providing guidance on strategies to enhance daily living skills, and maintaining structured communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Occupational Therapy, particularly in working with children
  • Knowledge of Rehabilitation and therapeutic practices in pediatric settings
  • Understanding of medical principles related to physical and cognitive therapies
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with children, parents, and teams effectively
  • Prior experience in pediatrics or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with best practices
