Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, based in Hyderabad. The Occupational Therapist will focus on assessing and treating children to improve their developmental, physical, and emotional well-being. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing therapy plans, conducting evaluations to determine therapeutic needs, collaborating with families and educators to support a child's holistic development, and maintaining documentation of progress and plans.
Qualifications
- Skills in Occupational Therapy and understanding of Rehabilitation practices
- Knowledge of Medicine and Pediatrics
- Strong Communication skills for effectively interacting with children, families, and colleagues
- Ability to design and implement therapy plans tailored to individual needs
- Relevant certifications in Occupational Therapy; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
- Experience working with children, especially in early intervention or pediatric therapeutic settings, is advantageous
- Empathy, patience, and dedication to supporting the growth and development of children
