Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Hyderabad. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with children to evaluate their developmental needs, design and implement personalized therapy programs, and monitor progress. The role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a conducive environment for the child's physical, emotional, and cognitive growth, while ensuring adherence to best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in designing and implementing personalized therapy programs for children.
- Strong assessment skills to evaluate developmental abilities, sensory integration, and motor skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
- Ability to document therapy progress effectively and maintain detailed records.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, tools, and methods for working with children.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Relevant licensure or certification to practice Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working in early childhood education or pediatric therapy is a plus.
- Empathy, creativity, and a passion for supporting children's overall well-being.
